APP Group est la maison-mère des marques Mackage et SOIA & KYO à Montréal. Nous sommes des créateurs, des grossistes et des détaillants de vêtements d’extérieur, de sacs à main et d’accessoires de luxe. Nos produits sont vendus aux détaillants haut de gamme dans plus de 20 pays à travers le monde, nous opérons aussi 12 magasins Mackage au Canada et aux États-Unis. En 2018, APP Group avait le plaisir d’ouvrir le premier magasin SOIA&KYO à Toronto. Depuis notre fondation en 1990, nos marques continuent de se développer chaque année, nos bureaux sont localisés à Montréal, Toronto, New York, Miami, Shanghai et Paris.
Relevant du Gérant du magasin, vous serez responsable du bon fonctionnement de votre magasin en passant par le produit, l'image, l'intégrité de la marque au rendement des employés.
Ce que vous allez faire :Augmenter les ventes en dirigeant les opérations afin d'atteindre les objectifs et d'autres paramètres de performance;
Créer l'expérience client tout en mettant l'accent sur l'excellence de la marque, des opérations et du leadership;Recruter, embaucher et développer activement des associés de l'équipe de ventes aux détails qui représentent la marque Mackage; Motiver et inspirer l’équipe afin d’offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, Gérer l'inventaire et la prévention des pertes;Ensure proper maintenance and organization of the store and back store;Assurer la bonne maintenance et l'organisation du magasin et de l’arrière boutique;
Ce dont vous aurez besoin: Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience dans le commerce de détail (mode) et au moins trois (2) ans dans un poste de gestion; Des compétences exemplaires en matière de ventes et de service à la clientèle;Excellentes compétences en leadership et en communication;Dynamique et agréable;Fort sens des affaires;Axé sur les résultats; Connaissance de Microsoft Office Suite et des systèmes d'exploitation POS.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Luxury Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, generates sales and participates in all the essential duties necessary to the effective day-to-day operation of the store, including the support of all visual and brand directives.

What you’ll do:
- Offer an exceptional client experience at all times;
- Participate in the daily operations of the store for optimal effectiveness (merchandise reception;
- labelling, merchandising, POS operations, inventory management, etc.);
- Communicate with customers on a regular basis to share upcoming promotions, arrival of new collections and increase customer loyalty;
- Always demonstrate a strong presence on the floor to ensure loss prevention;
- Ensure a strong product knowledge mindset by keeping the current, technical, functional and fashionable details of our products up-to-date;
- Promote the brand image, in each customer interaction
What you’ll need:
- Must have 2 years’ experience in a luxury store environment
- Customer service and sales skills;
- Attitudes and professional behaviours;
- Strong communication skills;
- Problem solving skills (related to customer service);
- Good understanding to fashion trends (an asset);
- Experience in visual merchandizing (an asset).

Reporting to the Store Manager, the stock clerk provides support to the Sales Associates and is responsible for receiving merchandise. They participate in all the essential duties necessary to the effective day-to-day operation of the store. The position is a part time position with a minimum availability of 20-25 hours/week and on the weekend.
What you’ll do:
- Provide assistance to the sales associates and the Store Manager;
- Participate in the daily operations of the store for optimal effectiveness (merchandise reception, inventory management etc);
- Accept delivered packages and ensure proper amount is inside;
- Support Sales associates by bringing them the stock from the backstore;
- Work with salespeople on inventory and orders.

- Motivate and inspire teams to high performance and exceptional customer service, with a strong clientele mindset;
- Manage inventory and loss prevention;
- Ensure proper maintenance and organization of the store and back store;
- Administer performance evaluations, manage turnover and develop action plans for employee sales growth.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum of Five (5) years experience working in fashion retail and at least three (2) years in a management position;
- Exemplary selling and customer service skills;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Dynamic and personable;Strong business sense;
